Booking Terms:
A tour booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
Passport and visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.
Hotels and transport services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges may apply according to our cancellation policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, flight cancellations, traffic, or natural events.
Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

Payment Policy:
A 25%–40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance can be paid before arrival or at the beginning of the tour.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or cash.
All transaction charges or bank fees must be paid by the guest.
Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may vary due to government taxes or fuel price increases.
Last-minute bookings may require full advance payment.
After payment confirmation, booking details and vouchers will be shared with the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation made 30 days before arrival: Full refund except transaction charges.
Cancellation made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival: No refund.
Flight tickets, train tickets, and monument tickets may be non-refundable according to their own policies.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
In case of natural disasters, political issues, or unexpected situations, refunds will depend on hotel and transport providers’ policies.
No refund will be provided for unused services during the tour.
